Shot of circular rainbow over Chesterfield, MO in July. I was leaving my garage to ride my bike when I looked up & saw this. I ran back into the house to get my camera presuming this wouldn't last long, spent 5 minutes taking various shots of it, then went on my bike ride. It was up the whole 1/2 hour I was riding my bike! What a joy to see. Two chiropractors have bought it to inspire their customers. It's such an uplifting shot to ponder. This is not a photoshop job, this is really what it looked like. I only used photoshop to crop & make it look like what I saw to overcome the differences between the camera & the eye. This phenomenon is not super uncommon. It happens due to high level cirrus clouds made up of small ice crystals forming a rainbow.
